What we collect

When you place a pickup order we collect your first name and mobile number so we can identify your order and text you when it's ready. If you give us an email address we use it only to send your receipt.

Card details

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Square, and your card information goes directly to Square from your browser. We only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded.

What's stored on your device

To save you retyping, your first name, mobile number, chosen shop and current basket are saved in your own browser on this device. They are not sent to us until you place an order, and you can clear them any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

Who else sees your information

Your order details are held in our Square account, which is what our staff use to make and hand over your order. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone other than Square.
